Hoogle is a Haskell API search engine, which allows you to search the Haskell libraries on Stackage by either function name, or by approximate type signature.
Example searches:
map
(a -> b) -> [a] -> [b]
Ord a => [a] -> [a]
Data.Set.insert
+bytestring concat
